Proposed terms for the NALVETH website and its nursing and medical tools.

These terms cover the NALVETH website and the Vademys, Taxonys and Kalquis apps. Operator: Carlos Gomez, in México. Bistrito is governed by the terms on its own platform.
Vademys brings together nursing reference information; Taxonys helps structure nursing processes and care plans; Kalquis organizes medical calculators by specialty. Users must check that each feature is appropriate for their context and the version they are using.
Content and results do not replace qualified professional judgment, patient assessment or current institutional protocols. See the clinical use notice.
Use the tools in accordance with applicable law and your professional authorization. Do not attempt unauthorized system access, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service. Do not enter identifiable patient information into features whose data practices and authorization you have not verified.
NALVETH's brand, design and materials are protected under applicable law. Third-party references, taxonomies and other materials retain their respective ownership and terms. Access to content does not grant redistribution rights.
The apps will be ad-supported, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases under the planned model. Ads are third-party content and do not constitute clinical recommendations or endorsement by NALVETH. External ads and links lead to services governed by their own terms.
Apps marked as in development do not yet have an announced release date. Features may change during development. Terms applicable to a distributed version must be available before use.
Tools may contain errors and require independent verification, particularly in health contexts. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law, complaint procedures and any specific limitations must be defined based on the operator and distribution markets.
